The Centre has a fully air conditioned auditorium having a seating capacity of 320. The auditorium is well equipped with audio – visual equipments such as slide projectors, overhead projectors, LCD projectors, computers, recording facilities, cordless microphones etc. The auditorium is also available for use for like minded organisations on payment of nominal service charges.
The Centre also has a well equipped air conditioned conference hall which has three sections with temporary folding partitions. Three simultaneous conferences can be held in the hall. The seating capacities in three different sections are 28, 16 and 12 respectively. This facility is available for like minded organisations for holding conferences on payment of nominal service charges.
The centre has a clean and hygienic cafeteria at it’s ground floor. The cafe also has an extension counter at the gate for serving fast foods. Indian and continental fast foods are served from this cafeteria. The cafe also provides lunch, and light refreshments to a large gathering whenever there is a programme in auditorium or conference halls.
The centre provides a safe parking facility during working hours to its visitors and to those who come to attend the programmes in the auditorium or conference halls. The space available for parking is around 800 sq. mtrs. in which around 30 cars and 30 two wheelers can be accommodated comfortably.
